Emergency Treatment
In case of emergency, please call us as soon as the emergency arises. We leave open time in our schedule specifically for emergency situations, and we will do our best to work you into our schedule the same day. If the emergency arises after office hours, our office is equipped with a twenty-four hour answering service. You can leave a message and they will promptly contact Dr. LaVecchia or the Doctor on call. Please do not hesitate to call us.

Recare Appointments
Regular preventive dental care is the basis of your dental health. The responsibility for this treatment is primarily the patient's. We will however provide reminders when it is time for your regular examination and treatment.

Payments
We appreciate payment upon completion of each visit. If a treatment plan is in effect which requires extensive treatment and several visits, we can discuss a payment plan. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Please keep in mind that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and not a substitute for payment.

Cancellations
The time we have reserved for you is valuable. We do our best to keep on schedule. We ask that you notify us within forty-eight hours if you cannot keep your appointment so that this valuable time can be used by someone else. We reserve the right to charge for scheduled appointments that are not kept or cancelled unless forty-eight hours advance notice is given.
